Your dog is part of the journey

Label Qualidog – Camping Au Bois des Biches

At Camping Au Bois des Biches, we love holidays where everyone truly unwinds — families, friends… and four-legged companions too. From the moment you arrive, a Doggy Bar is there to welcome them with a friendly paw, and then, beneath the gentle shade of the pine forest, between woodland, marshes and ocean, your stay begins already… with that very first walk.

What’s new in 2026

Good news: from the 2026 season onwards, dogs weighing over 10 kg are welcome, including in July and August, provided the campsite’s conditions for welcoming pets are respected. Category 1 and 2 dogs remain prohibited, and all animals must be identified and fully vaccinated, with an up-to-date health record.

In July and August, it is essential to call the campsite before booking: the Welcome Desk team will guide you towards the most suitable accommodation and ensure that dogs are accommodated in the best possible way across the site. The rule remains one animal per accommodation.

Simple rules, peaceful holidays

So that everyone can enjoy the pine forest in the best conditions, here are the essentials to follow on site.

  • Kept on a lead throughout the campsite
For smooth cohabitation, even at peak times when the campsite feels like a small village.
  • Never left alone in an accommodation or on a pitch
For their safety and everyone’s peace of mind.
  • Identification & up-to-date vaccinations
A health record may be requested if needed.

Dog-friendly services

On request at reception, we provide waste bags and a protective blanket for beds or benches.

A dog wash area is available to rinse your dog after a walk.

Comfort on the accommodation side

For an even easier stay with your dog, some accommodations feature a fully enclosed terrace with a gate (particularly useful with pets) and, for added comfort in warmer weather, Premium mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning.
